Your data rights
What you can ask us to do with your personal data.
If you submit the lead form or contact form on this site, or otherwise get in touch, you have rights over the personal data you provide to us under UK data protection law. This page explains those rights in plain terms.
Your rights
- Access — ask us what personal data we hold about you.
- Rectification — ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Erasure — ask us to delete your data where there is no lawful reason for us to keep it.
- Restriction — ask us to limit how we use your data in certain circumstances.
- Objection — object to us processing your data for particular purposes.
- Portability — ask for a copy of the data you gave us in a portable format.
- Withdraw consent — where we rely on your consent (for example, the privacy policy agreement on our lead form), you can withdraw it at any time.
How to exercise a right
Contact us using the details on our contact page and tell us which right you'd like to exercise. We may need to verify your identity before acting on the request.
Complaints
If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk, though we'd appreciate the chance to put things right first.
