Your data rights
This page explains the rights you may have over personal data that CLB Media S.A.S., the publisher of goaward.com, holds about you, and how to use them. It should be read with the privacy notice.
What data we hold
Because the site has no accounts or forms, we hold very little: mainly emails you choose to send us, and the technical request records that any hosting service keeps for security. If you have never written to us, we are unlikely to hold personal data that identifies you.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, including under UK and EU data protection law, you may have the right to:
- ask whether we hold personal data about you and receive a copy of it;
- ask us to correct data that is inaccurate or incomplete;
- ask us to delete your data in certain circumstances;
- ask us to restrict how we use your data while a question is being resolved;
- object to us using your data where we rely on our legitimate interests;
- receive data you gave us in a portable format, where that right applies.
How to make a request
Email [email protected] and say which right you want to use. Please write from the address the request concerns and tell us enough to find any data we may hold. We may need to check your identity before we act, and we will not ask for more than we need.
How long we take
We aim to reply within one month. If your request is complicated we will tell you why we need longer. We do not charge a fee unless a request is clearly unfounded or excessive.
Data held by providers
If you sign up with a provider, that provider holds the data you give it, not us. To use your rights over that data, contact the provider using the details in its own privacy notice.
Complaints
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, please tell us first so we can put it right. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority, which in the United Kingdom is the Information Commissioner's Office.
